ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED WHEN BROWSING THE SITE

The personal data collected within the scope of our activity are as follows:

GAME CODE PURCHASE

When you purchase a game code, we collect your e-mail address in order to send you a game code. The bank details requested on the payment form are not collected by Eskap and are transmitted directly to our payment service provider Stripe.

CONTACT FORM

When you contact us via our contact form, we collect: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and message content. This data is used to respond to your request, and are not used for commercial purposes or for subsequent marketing campaigns.

CITY REQUEST FORM

When you submit a city request via our form, we collect: first name, last name, e-mail, telephone (optional) and city name. We generate statistics on the next city city to make available, and may use the form's email to notify you when the requested city is released.

Article 3.2: Data collection methods

When you use our site, the following data is automatically collected:

- geographical area

- device type

- browser type

- page visited

Other personal data is collected when you perform the following operations on the platform:

- Submit a city request.

- Buy a game code.

- Contact the company via the contact form https://www.eskap.fr/contact.

This data is stored by the data controller under reasonable security conditions, for a period of 2 years. Eskap may keep certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned periods in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.
